Electronics

On the Electronics system, we focus on designing, integrating, and optimizing advanced electrical systems that enhance the vehicle’s overall performance, efficiency, and reliability. Electronics is made up of four subsystems: Power Electronics, Controls, Data Acquisition, and Telemetry. Our team manages everything from high voltage battery electronics and critical control systems to real-time data monitoring and live telemetry. The goal is to maximize performance, through building reliable custom electronics, optimizing energy management, implementing traction control, and much more. 

Members gain hands-on experience in PCB design, embedded programming, PCB assembly, and useful electrical testing and validation skills. We look for members who love solving challenging problems, enjoy collaborating on innovative projects, and are eager to dive deep and learn as much as they can about electronics.
